Inspired by Hong Kong' s legendary Kowloon Walled City, ETA Music Festival transforms a warehouse space in Taipei' s Zhongshan District with a post-apocalyptic aesthetic.
Bringing together artists, fashion brands, cafés, and bars, the venue will be reimagined as a futuristic Y3K Kowloon Walled City.
